⚔️Your Outclass journey

Outclass is a major part of your program experience. They allow you to apply what you’ve learned to real-world problems, work in teams, and showcase your skills.

When you open the OutClass section, you’ll see a screen that welcomes you to start your entrepreneurial journey. This is where you:

  1. Form your team

  2. Define your project

  3. Begin your journey

At the top, you’ll also see Team Formation Rules and the Deadline for team creation.

⚖️ Team Formation Rules

Make sure your team follows these rules:

  • At least 1 member must be from India.

  • A team must have at least 2 members.

  • A maximum of 5 members per team is allowed.

You cannot proceed without forming a valid team.

Note: Rules might vary based on your enrolled Program or Cohort.

Step 1: Setup Project

After forming your team:

  • Define your Project Name

  • Add your Idea/Concept

  • Write down the Goals/Objectives of the project

  • This information will be visible to your team and mentors.

Tip: Keep your idea clear and concise—it helps mentors guide you better.

Step 2: Create Your Team

  • Click Begin Journey to start forming your group.

  • You can:

    • Invite classmates to join.

    • Accept invites from others (check View Invites at the bottom of the screen).

  • Once your team is confirmed, all members’ names will appear in your team dashboard.

Step 3: Submit for Approval

  • Once your project details are filled, your team must submit the project for Admin approval.

  • Until the admin reviews and approves, your project will remain in “Pending Approval” status.

  • If the admin requests changes, you’ll be notified, and your team can edit and resubmit.

Once the Admin approves your team and project, you’ll see your OutClass Workspace.

Here’s what you can do:

1. Milestones

  • Track upcoming tasks (e.g., Product Research, Product Market Fit).

  • Each milestone shows a due date.

  • Click Submit to upload deliverables (reports, presentations, research docs, etc.).

  • Completed milestones are marked on your progress bar.

2. Business Metrics

  • Report key numbers like:

    • Revenue generated

    • Number of customers/users acquired

  • Use the Submit Metrics button at the bottom to update progress (only once per submission window).

3. Leaderboard

  • Compare your progress with other teams.

  • Rankings may be based on revenue, customer traction, milestone completion, or other evaluation criteria.

4. Resources

  • Access reference material, guides, templates, and mentor resources to help with your project.
