How to Use CYNTHIA to Find Jobs

Step 1: Access CYNTHIA

  1. Click on "Chat with AI" in Career Coach.

  2. This will redirect you to the CYNTHIA bot-builder page.

Step 2: Create Your Profile

Choose how to set up your profile:

  • Fill manually: Enter your details step by step.

  • Upload Resume: Let CYNTHIA extract key details automatically.

Review the extracted fields. If needed, you can:

  • Click "Start Over" to enter details manually.

  • Upload a different resume.

  • Click "Continue" if everything looks good.

Step 3: Select Your Target Companies

  1. CYNTHIA will ask which companies you wish to apply to.

  2. You can manually enter company names or upload a list from LinkedIn.

  1. Apply filters to refine your list:

    1. Industry

    2. Headquarters location

    3. Keywords

    4. Number of Employees

  2. CYNTHIA will generate a list of potential companies based on your preferences.

  3. Select the companies you are interested in and click "Continue".

Step 4: Choose Your Desired Job Roles

  1. Enter the roles you are interested in.

  1. CYNTHIA will analyze your resume and job preferences to fetch relevant job listings.

  2. Browse the jobs and select the ones you want to proceed with.

Step 5: Identify Key Employees (POC)

  1. CYNTHIA will find employees connected to the job roles at your selected companies.

  2. Click on the LinkedIn option to view the list of relevant professionals.

  1. Select the employees (recruiters, hiring managers, or key decision-makers) you wish to reach out to.

Step 6: Generate Outreach Messages & Emails

  1. CYNTHIA will create a personalized cold outreach message for your selected employees.

  2. You can:

    • Approve the message.

    • Modify the prompt to generate a new template.

  3. The AI will also generate a campaign schedule for sending messages. You can customize this before proceeding.

Step 7: Automate Email & LinkedIn Outreach

  1. Link Your Email Account: CYNTHIA will send outreach emails to the selected recruiters on your behalf.

  2. Link Your LinkedIn Account: CYNTHIA will send connection requests and customized messages to recruiters.

Then you can link your LinkedIn account with Cynthia so it can send connection requests and customized messages.

Step 8: You’re Done!

Now, sit back and let CYNTHIA handle your job search outreach. You can track responses and follow up with potential employers to maximize your chances of landing a job.

You can create multiple flows for different job roles.
