Events

The Events Page within the user-facing LMS Coach provides users with access to a range of events happening within their learning community. Here are the key components and features found on the Events Page:

Upcoming Events:

The Upcoming Events section displays a list of events that are scheduled to take place in the future. These events can include academic workshops, guest lectures, networking sessions, career fairs, club activities, or any other relevant events within the learning community. users can view event titles, dates, times, and brief descriptions to stay informed about upcoming opportunities. (2)

Past Events:

The Past Events section showcases a list of events that have already taken place. This allows users to review past events they may have attended or explore the content and highlights of events they missed. It serves as a reference for users to access event materials, recordings, or follow-up resources related to previous events. (3)

Calendar Button:

The Calendar Button provides users with a visual representation of events in a calendar format. Clicking on this button opens a calendar view, allowing users to see events on specific dates, navigate through different months, and get an overview of event schedules in a more organized manner. (5)

My Events:

The My Events feature offers three different sections or tabs where users can access events specific to their own involvement or interests. These sections may include:

  • Attending: This tab lists events that the user has confirmed attendance for or has registered to attend.

  • Interested: This tab displays events that the user has expressed interest in but has not yet confirmed attendance.

  • Registered: This tab shows events for which the user has completed the registration process.
