To begin a new chat or discussion, the learner simply clicks on "+ Start New Discussion" (3). It's the go-to button for initiating a fresh conversation.

If the user wants to revisit an older discussion, they can click on the specific discussion of interest. This allows them to both participate in the ongoing conversation and review previous discussions (4).

During the chat, participants have the flexibility to type messages or upload files (6). It's a versatile space for both text-based communication and sharing documents.

To streamline and find specific discussions, the learner can use the filter icon (5). This handy tool allows them to refine the displayed discussions based on their preferences or search criteria.
