The Term Planner is a dedicated page within the LMS Coach that allows users to manage their elective courses for a specific term or semester. Here's a breakdown of the functionality and features available on the Term Planner page

Choose Course:
On this Term Planner page, users can view the names and details of the elective courses available for selection. The course details may include the course title, description, instructor information, prerequisites, and any other relevant information to help users make informed choices. (1)
Credits Requirement:
On this Page, you can see the required credits to complete this course. (2)
Credits Enrolled:
When you select a course in "Choose Courses", the Total count of selected courses will be reflected here. (3)
Calendar View:
To assist users in managing their elective courses effectively, the Term Planner provides a calendar view. This view allows users to see the scheduling of each elective course, including start and end dates, class timings, and any recurring sessions. The calendar helps users identify potential overlaps or conflicts between elective courses or with their existing courses.
Overlapping Course Notifications:
In cases where there is a scheduling conflict between elective courses or between elective courses and existing courses, the Term Planner may provide notifications or visual cues to highlight the overlapping time slots. This feature helps users identify potential conflicts and make adjustments to their course selections accordingly. (4)
Course Selection Confirmation:
Once users have reviewed the elective course options and checked for any conflicts, they can proceed to select their desired courses. The Term Planner page typically includes checkboxes or tick marks next to each course, allowing users to indicate their choices. After selecting the desired courses, users can click on a "Submit" button to confirm their selections. (5)
